For me, the most important news today was seeing South Asian migrant workers - modern day slaves under Gulf exploitation - taking to the streets to protest unpaid wages and related abuse in Dubai. Naturally, there is discussion on South Asian migration to the Gulf States, capitalism and bonded labor.
