According to the Gaza Health Ministry, the current death toll stands at 1,867 people (429 of whom were children). Another 9,569 are injured (2,800 of whom are children). Over 303,000 traumatized children are in dire need of direct and specialized psychosocial support. Over 270,000 civilians have been displaced, and have been forced to take shelter in 90 UNRWA schools. Six UN facilities have already been bombed with impunity.
